Kaminarimon Ryokan enjoys a brilliant location, right next to Senso-ji Temple and Kaminarimon Gate, and it's conveniently close to Asakusa metro station for easy access to Haneda Airport and other areas. Guests find the rooms spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, some featuring views of the Skytree. Though some found the futons less comfortable than western beds, many appreciate the hotel's calm atmosphere despite being in a bustling area with a Starbucks and many restaurants nearby.

convenient location market lane cute staff cleaning service
the location was very convenient as it was near many stations and a market lane with a temple. this made it easy for us to get there before the tourist crowds because of its prime location. i found the staff at the front desk to be very cute, they took care of our luggage well. the service from the cleaning staff stood out because they were very thorough and meticulous, which showed their attention to detail.
The room was mostly perfect. Though the pillows were a little too firm for my liking was great

ineffective soundproofing limited breakfast
I expected a bit more from the room itself. The soundproofing was not as effective as I hoped. I could clearly hear street noise and conversations from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep a little. The breakfast was okay, but the variety was disappointing. I thought there would be some more variety of typical dishes but it was pretty limited.
